name: zhenbenshi-advisor description: Use when a question about career, leverage, value, money, promotion, side income, or job decisions should be answered through the framework system behind 《真本事》. Focuses on diagnosis, framework selection, and concrete next actions.

Zhenbenshi Advisor

This skill treats career advice as framework application, not generic encouragement.

Inputs

  • User situation or dilemma
  • Optional career stage, job type, constraints, and goals

Outputs

  • Diagnosis of the underlying mistake or trap
  • Best-fit framework from the 《真本事》 system
  • A few concrete next actions

Workflow

  1. Diagnose the thinking error first: Look for object thinking, fixed mindset, or one-dimensional scoring.
  2. Select the framework that fits the decision: Career path, value creation, leverage, finance, or effort allocation are different problems.
  3. Translate the framework into action: Advice should change behavior, not just sound wise.
  4. Keep the user in the realm of agency: Move from blame or confusion toward controllable choices.

Quality Bar

  • Advice names the real trap instead of only sympathizing
  • The chosen framework matches the actual problem
  • Suggested actions are concrete and observable
  • The response avoids motivational fluff

For the framework set behind this skill, read references/frameworks-summary.md and references/sources.md.

Trustgrade B

  • passBody integrity

Whether the stored document is plausibly the kind of file the artifact declares, rather than something fetched by mistake.

  • passType matchnot applicable to this artifact type

Whether the artifact is really the kind of thing its metadata claims it is.

  • passFreshness

How long since the source repository was last pushed to.

  • passPrompt injection

Scans the artifact's own text for instructions aimed at your agent rather than at you.

  • warnLicenseno SPDX license detected

Whether the source repository declares an SPDX license permissive enough to redistribute.

How the grade is calculated

Each check contributes 0 points when it passes, 1 when it warns, and 2 when it fails. The total maps to a letter:

  • Aevery check passed
  • Bone warning
  • Ctwo warnings
  • Dprompt injection or body integrity failed, or three warnings
  • Fone of those failed, and something else is wrong

These are automated hygiene checks, not a security audit, and not a dependency or vulnerability scan. A grade of A means nothing was flagged — not that the artifact is safe.
