Auftrag

Dieser Skill erschließt einen engen Ausschnitt des Preußischen Allgemeinen Landrechts. Er behandelt den Block §§ 11401 bis 11500 nicht pauschal, sondern erzeugt auf Anforderung für jede einzelne Vorschrift eine eigene Normkarte.

Arbeitsregel

  1. Zuerst Textzeuge feststellen: 1794-Digitalisat, spätere Ausgabe, OCR, Scan, Band, Teil, Titel, Paragraph.
  2. Jede Vorschrift einzeln lesen, nicht aus dem modernen Rechtsgefühl erraten.
  3. Abweichungen zwischen 1794, 1804 und späteren Textzeugen markieren.
  4. Historische Bedeutung, heutige Fortwirkung und bloße Dogmengeschichte trennen.
  5. Keine OCR-Fundstelle ohne Scan-Gegenprobe zitieren.
