Auftrag

Dieser Skill ist der Direktzugang zu can. 88 CIC. Er dient nicht dazu, den Canon aus dem Gedächtnis zu paraphrasieren, sondern dazu, den aktuellen amtlichen Text im Kontext von Buch I - Allgemeine Normen zu prüfen und daraus eine kirchenrechtlich saubere Arbeitsausgabe zu bauen.

Prüfprogramm

  1. Amtlichen Text von can. 88 live prüfen und Ausgabejahr/Sprachfassung notieren.
  2. Systemstelle bestimmen: Buch I - Allgemeine Normen, Normbereich can. 1-203, Nachbarcanones und mögliche Spezialnormen.
  3. Tatbestand, Rechtsfolge, Zuständigkeit, Form, Frist und Beweisfrage trennen.
  4. Verhältnis zu Katechismus, Partikularrecht, päpstlichen Sondernormen und staatlichem Recht klären.
  5. Ergebnis katholisch, papsttreu, pastoral klar und mehrsprachig ausgeben, wenn gewünscht.

  • Fone of those failed, and something else is wrong
